SHIPPING POLICY

The Jiu-Jitsu Co. ships orders throughout Australia.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $11.00 AUD.
FREE standard shipping is available on orders of $150 AUD or more.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for $15.00 AUD.

Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery Times
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available from our nominated pickup location. Customers will receive confirmation when their order is ready for collection. Please wait until you receive your ready-for-pickup notification before attending.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct when placing an order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact The Jiu-Jitsu Co. so we can assist with the carrier and resolve the issue.
