Refund policy

• 30-day returns for unused/unworn products.
• Items must be unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition.
• Customer pays return postage for change-of-mind or wrong-size returns.
• The Jiu-Jitsu Co. pays/organises the remedy for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
• Sale/clearance items: we can say no change-of-mind returns, but we shouldn't say "no refunds" in a way that removes statutory consumer guarantees.
• Exchanges subject to stock availability.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method.
• For hygiene reasons, we can restrict change-of-mind returns on certain items once used/opened, while still preserving ACL rights.
